Self installation guide for Greasehouse GRUNT Performance Exhaust v2 on KTM RC 390 (2016)

It was just another Sunday (17th December 2017), and I was lazying around soaking some sunlight in my home's terrace and suddenly my phone started ringing. It was my bud Siddharth Roy - sidroy0508 (will call him Roy from now on). He wanted some help in installing some accessory on his KTM RC 390 (that's what he said). I took my trusty good'ol Toyota Etios keys and went over to get his stuff and tools to my place, as I have a decent sunlit area in front of my garage to work on such manly stuff. This guy showed up with a black box and a Bosch briefcase-like full toolkit (with drill and …

Ready Player One: A nostalgic ride back to the 80s

As some of you might know, I am a regular listener of a few tech podcasts. One day while coming back from work, I was listening to some episode of "Tech Stuff" from HowStuffWorks. The podcaster mentioned about some novel "Ready Player One". It is a story based out in future about how some VR game contest led humanity to be obsessed with 80s pop culture just to win a big prize bounty. I, being a nerd, immediately summoned Google assistant and asked it to take a note "read ready player one" on the Keep. And just like other stuff, it soon got lost in the myriad of other notes. But then one day …

My quest for the best headphones under ₹2,000 ($30) | India

Backdrop? It was only recently that I developed an appreciation for headphones, as being an earphone's guy I always used to feel that headphones are bulky to use, carry and store. But, thanks to my over-chatty colleagues at work, I decided to put on my friend's headphones while working and I was transitioned right in that productive zone of zen. We can argue that even my earpods have excellent noise reduction and sound great but there is that surround sounds characteristic with the headphones which even in-ear earphones fail to deliver. So, this marked the beginning of my question for the …

Own a car? Be pro-auto with ELM 327 OBD-II Bluetooth Scanner

Hi, peeps! As you know, I am an auto enthusiast, I follow a lot of tech-auto blogs to learn about new stuff in the market. Recently while surfing the auto section on Amazon India, I came across this ELM 327 OBD-II Bluetooth scanner. Despite the crude presentation and item listing, it piqued my interest and I decided to research about it. What is ELM 327 OBD Bluetooth scanner? Post research, I was able to infer that: The ELM327 Bluetooth OBD2 V2.1 car diagnostic interface tool is used to read diagnostic trouble codes, both generic and manufacturer-specific, and display their meaning. The can …

My experience with OYO rooms | Review/Rant

>> Final Update #6 (20th May'16) After all this fiasco, what did I learn? In India, despite being a startup, no one likes to follow the process. Whether you are applying for a Govt ID, or you want to surrender a postpaid connection or if you want to complain against a mishap. Unless and until you make noise on social channels or use a medium which may trigger bad PR for the company, generally no one cares. If you are a reader of BitSnapper from a long time, you can obseve the same pattern at my post for Den Boomband, Royal Enfield, MTNL and MTS. This platform was supposed …
